Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all Unylo subscription-based products, additional modules or add-ons, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All subscriptions are offered only to business customers.

Important: Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing period.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation Timing

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation will prevent renewal for the next billing period.

Service Deactivation

Upon cancellation, access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing month. After this period, access will be deactivated, and no further charges will apply. No refunds or credits are issued for partial months.

How to Cancel

Users may cancel their monthly subscription:

  • Through the Account Settings section within the Unylo application, or
  • By contacting our customer support team at subscription@unylo.com

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing period.

2. Yearly Subscriptions

Cancellation Timing

Yearly subscriptions are committed for the full subscription term and are non-cancellable during the active term, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Service Deactivation

If cancellation is requested before renewal, access to the service will remain active until the end of the current subscription year. Once the subscription term ends, access will be deactivated, and no further charges will be applied. No refunds or credits are provided for early termination of yearly subscriptions.

3. Modular Subscriptions

Where a customer subscribes to multiple Unylo products or modules, each subscription is:

  • Priced and managed as a separate subscription
  • Renewed independently
  • Cancellable independently

Subscriptions may be invoiced together or separately, depending on the applicable billing configuration, unless explicitly bundled under a single written agreement.

4. Pricing Changes & Policy Updates

We may update pricing, subscription terms, or this Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any material changes, including pricing changes, will:

  • Apply from the next renewal period, and
  • Not affect the current paid subscription term

Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes. If a customer does not agree to the updated pricing or terms, they may choose not to renew their subscription.

Continued use of Unylo after the start of a renewed subscription term constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing and terms.

5. Account Access & Data Retention

Customers will retain full access to their account and associated data until the end of the active subscription period.

After subscription expiry:

  • Customer data will be retained for a limited period in accordance with our data retention and security policies
  • Customers are responsible for exporting their data before subscription expiry
  • Data will be securely deleted after the applicable retention period

6. Reactivation

Customers may reactivate their subscription at any time by re-subscribing through the Unylo website or application. Reactivation is subject to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of re-subscription.
